Meet Our Broker

Investcor Realty was founded by James Roy, a Tampa-based real estate broker and investor with over a decade of experience.

James began his career in real estate in 2011 after moving from Michigan to Florida, and quickly established himself as a trusted professional who could see opportunities where others saw obstacles.

In 2014, James earned his broker’s license and co-launched a new branch of an existing real estate firm with an operating partner who was an extremely active real estate investor.

Through their efforts, they grew that branch to 25+ agents, most of whom focused on real estate investment acquisitions for the firms in-house cash buyer.

James' focus was teaching the agents on deal acquisition & disposition, underwriting, comping, scoping, creative financing, wholesaling, novations, double-closings, etc... essentially:

HOW TO CREATE THE DEAL FLOW THE AGENT DESIRED.

Since then, James has gone on to manage major national real estate brands and has served & taught at Greater Tampa Realtors, as well as serving on the Board of Directors for StellarMLS.

As a husband of 20 years, a father of three boys, and a man of faith, James leads with integrity, a servant’s heart, and a commitment to helping others succeed — whether they’re first-time investors, seasoned professionals, or agents seeking additional skills and the freedom to grow their careers.
