Meet Our Founder

Investcor Realty was founded by James Roy, a Tampa-based real estate broker and investor with over a decade of experience. James began his career in real estate in 2011 after moving to Florida, quickly establishing himself as a trusted professional who could see opportunities where others saw obstacles. In 2014, he earned his broker’s license and after managing brokerages such as RE/MAX and Yellowfin, he knew it was time to launch his own independent brokerage in 2016.

While the firm has been a part of a few rebrands, Investcor Realty was founded in 2025 with a strong focus on the investment side of real estate.

As a husband of 20 years, a father of three boys, and a man of faith, James leads with integrity, a servant’s heart, and a commitment to helping others succeed — whether they’re first-time investors, seasoned professionals, or agents seeking the freedom to grow their careers.
